Welcome to ClientChaser (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using this service (“Service”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using our website and app.
1. About the Service
ClientChaser helps you send reminders about unpaid invoices to your clients.
We do not issue invoices on your behalf - you are responsible for creating and managing your own invoices.
2. Your Account
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Provide accurate information when signing up.
- Keep your account login secure.
You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account.
3. Usage Limits
Free tier users can send a limited number of reminders each month. Chase 1 invoice a month, which sends 3 reminders, unless marked as paid earlier.
Pro tier users can chase an unlimited number of invoices.
We may adjust limits or features from time to time - if so, we will notify you in advance.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Pro tier is billed on a recurring monthly basis.
You can cancel at any time - at the end of the billing period you will return to the Free tier.
Refunds are only provided if the Service is completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to an issue on our side.
5. Support
This is an independent project run by a single person.
I will try to respond to Pro tier support requests within 24 hours, but cannot guarantee it in all circumstances.
6. Availability and Disclaimer
We aim for high availability, but there may be downtime due to maintenance, outages, or other issues.
We are not liable for:
- Missed reminders
- Loss of data
- Loss of revenue due to non-delivery of emails
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
7. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your client data is accurate and lawful.
- Ensuring your use of reminder emails complies with applicable laws (e.g. GDPR, anti-spam rules).
- Marking invoices as paid when necessary, to stop reminders.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Misuse the service
- Attempt to abuse the free tier
- Use the service for unlawful purposes
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
By using the Service, you also agree to our privacy practices.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in-app.
